When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is fulfilled.
How do I track my order?

Do you accept returns?
At this time, we do not accept returns.We offer exchanges only within 7 days of delivery.
How do I exchange an item?
Email us at shopopulence78@gmail.com with your order number.
Exchanges must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags intact
Once approved, we’ll walk you through the exchange process.
What if I received the wrong item or a damaged item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours so we can fix it immediately.

Do you restock items?
Most pieces from New Era 001 are limited quantities and may not restock.Follow us on Instagram and sign up for email/SMS updates for restock notifications.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — but international shipping will be added soon.
